The new method is based on application of complex approach to problem of efficiency increase of electric power system reconstruction and optimum control of its modes using automatic control systems (ASC). Principle possibility of complex approach application to the problem of compensation of non-uniformity influence on efficiency of electric energy transmission in electric power systems is shown, that combines design and operational problems with application of models suggested in the paper and algorithms. Method of non-uniformity analysis is suggested which in combination with developed generalized indices can be used for improvement of design norms and reconstruction of electric networks. Algorithmic realization of developed methods and models has been carried out applying object-oriented approach, responsible for creation of classified list of models and objects sharing the problems of analysis and compensation of non-uniformity influence on electric power system modes optimality and provide account of all interactions and interinfluences between obtained models.
