The object of research: 128 patients of young age receiving anthracycline antibiotics (doxorubicinum, rubomycin, adriamycin) in composition of the various schemes of a polychemotherapy concerning to oncohematology diseases.The purpose of research: theoretically to prove pathogenetic mechanisms of cardiotoxic operation of cytostatic drugs, on the basis of that to develop the complex of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic methods, directional on revealing early signs of heart damages and lowering of frequency of cardial complications at a polychemotherapy. Research techniques and instrumentation: learning of a state of lipids peroxidation and antioxidazing system, vasoregulative function of endothelium, electrocardiography (reference ECG - with calculation of ventricles repolarisation indexes, Holter monitoring), echocardiography (one-dimensional, two dimensional, dopplerography). The instrumentation was utillized: a spectroph otometer SPh 26 (LOМО), hemilumenometr HMLTs - 01 (Kiev industrial association named by S.P.Korolyov), electrocardiograph " Cardiovit AT " (corporation Schiller, Switzerland), complex "Kardiotechnika - 4000" ("Inkart" corporation,. St.-Petersburg), ultrasonic kettles "Apogee CX - 200", "Ultramark - 8", (USA). Significance of the present research: the carried out researches and obtained results allow to recommend the differentiated assignment of verapamilum and propranololum for correction of silent myocardial ischemia and enlarged dispersion of repolarisation of ventricles to the patients who has obtained various cumulative doses of anthracyclines. The application of the offered methods of treatment of anthracyclines heart damages will allow to lower frequency of cardial complications at cytostatic therapy on 40-45%.
