In activity the introducing of a universal parameter of ecological safety is offered, that represents the yardstick conditioned by attitude of gross let of parasitic materials to developed energy. The conducted analysis of intercoupling of parameters and factors of ecological safety resolves to realise the objective& reasonable policy of usage security of nature of measures, that will provide effective conditions of its practical implementation on prediction phases, designing, exploitation and retrofit of power objects.
