The value of a relative risk of its realization is closely connected with burdening of the genealogical anamnesis by the accumulation of the conforming pathology in genealogy, presence of the unfavorable medicobiological factors, disorders of microsocial environment and external medium, functional deviations of studied systems. It is demonstrated, that in children living under conditions of chronic entering of radionuclides into the organism, the changes in ventilation and nonrespiratory functions of the lungs and an increase in the intensity of free-radical processes are remained. The significant difference in character of morphofunctional changes of the upper departments of the digestive tract at the acute and chronic types of irradiation was noted. The most informative signs of latent fo rms of hypothyrosis are outlined. It was shown that only children of high school age have the optimal level of the vegetative regulation of cardiac rhythm in a state of physiological rest. It was argued, that the parameters of a peripheric blood in children and adolescents of observed groups are in the limits of the age norms. Nevertheless in children, who live in the polluted territories, the increased migration of the precursor cells to the periphery and peculiarities of their proliferation and differentiation in formation of clones in culture, which is a risk factor in the development of oncohematologic pathology are observed. The changes in structure of a superficial membrane of erythrocytes and increased level of acid phosphatase in neutrophiles are retained, that specifies the destabilization of cellular membranes. The significant individual changes and essential dysbalance of cellular and humoral links of immunity and an increase in the frequency of damages in chromosome apparatus take place. The pre sence of signs in genetical instability of children who were born in the irradiated parents, that can be a risk factor in future pathology with the genetical component was established. The system of measures concerning the minimization of adverse effects of the Chernobyl accident is offered: a dispensary observation, elimination of "controlled" risk factors, organization of the rational day and dietary regimens with radioprotective intensification of dietary regimens, the correction of function disorders by nonmedicamentous and medicamentous agents, application of the modified therapeutic schemes, including antioxidants, adaptogenes, immuno- and biomodulators. Its application promoted the improvement of the parameters of children health by 30,22 %. The exposure dose 95-99 % is stipulated by external and internal irradiation from cesium - 137 in the structure of a total annual. The contribution strontium - 90 instalment consists of 1-5 %. in a total dose. The highest radiation doses are noted in children and adolescents, who at the moment of the accident were 1-5 years old in the limits of a populated area. The field of usage: clinical medicine.
