The resulted needle-like crystals of alumoborosilicates were examined by the crystal-optical and X-ray phase methods and X-ray electron-probe microanalysis. Processing features were investigated and samples of composites of aluminum and alloys reinforced with oxide fillers were prepared. Physical and mechanical properties were investifgated.
