Within this goal, the following problems have been solved: Physical X-ray diffraction models have been developed and justified, with appear to be adequate in most complicated distortion cases, that cannot be described correctly within existing, before starting the research, knowledges and theories of the dynamical diffraction. Such complicated cases are case of large microdefects, sizes of which commensurable with the extinction length, and case of additive influence of several microdefect types present simultaneously in the single crystal. The complex of new-age X-ray diffractometric methods has been developed, which make use dynamical effects of multi ple diffuse scattering for the quantitative nondestructive characterization of microdefects with account for their inhomogeneous distribution and for combined distortion types. Such new characterization methods are methods of differential-integral and integral triple-crystal X-ray diffractometry, methods of total rocking curves and total integral reflection power.
