The researches were carried out with use of means of communication, PC, in a local network, newest system software. During performance of work were: the forms of the entering and leaving documents, algorithms of the analysis of the information are staticized technology of the tax and processing of the information,; software of formation of databases, processing and of parameters; the individual monitoring of a condition of the basic technical economic parameters of economic activity of the industrial enterprises was carried out: volumetric (commodity production, realization from a beginning of year, consumer goods), labour parameters (fund of payment of work, average registration number of the personnel, average of a payment). By basic scientific technical production, which is created and is transferred under the contracts with the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine are the Col lections of the information analytical reports. In the information analytical reports the results of researches (table, table are submitted, figures) on are higher to parameters, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, areas and branches of the Ministry. The reports are allocated for small and enterprises, except for small. In particular, in the Collection for 10 months of 1992-2001 years, productive reports with rancing on industrial complexes and managements, of the basic technical economic parameters on areas, rating of the enterprises for volumes of release of commodity production for the appropriate month of 2001 are given table of parameters of volumes of manufacture of commodity production on the data of the period.
