A mixture of several Fermi-liquids is an example of such systems. Local-equilibrium states described by vector order parameter arises in these mixtures. In this work basic thermodynamical relations are obtained and ideal hydrodynamics of such states is constructed. New entrainment effect connected with mutual influence of spin and orbital freedom degrees of is predicted. Galilean and relativistic invariant formulations of thermo- and hydrodynamics are considered. Additive motion integral densities are obtained in three-velocity formulation for 'vector' state.
