Method of a research - determination of material structure atomic-absorption, X-ray fluorescence analysis, chemical-analytical methods; determination of age U-Pb, Sm-Nd, R-Ar by methods; determination of isotope structure mass spectrometer by a method. In an outcome of fulfilment of work on basic deposits of gold of the Ukrainian Shield the data mineralogical, petrological, isotopic-geochemical and geochronological researches are generalized. The genetic models of gold formation are created, the criterions of localization fields of gold on the investigated deposits are developed.
