And so was obtained the samples of carbonitrides which was researched by the chemical and x-ray methods and by the infrared spectroscopy. The solution method puts the samples which includes more then 60 wt/% of grafit-like boron carbonitride. This carbonitride have nanocrystalline turbostrate structure. All the sumples obtained by the solution method have the considerable quantitu of oxigen. It is shows the non-perfect process and also temperature and time of the process must be so more.
