The purpose of activity - to elaborate and to insert an intelligence system of control of divisions of agrarian educational institutions. Exploratory methods both instrumentation - analysis and mining of an intelligence system of control on the basis of the off-the-shelf computer technologies. The purpose of this research was to elaborate the general provisions of construction of an intelligence system of control of divisions of agrarian educational institutions at a level "stand - dean's office". In the report the problems of mining of frame of electronic clerical work of division(subdivision) - stand, about file and mail tools, creations of documentary bases and their approbation on stand of intelligence systems in management, mining of the forms of the electronic documents, designing of representations of the documents, approbation of the database "Stand" on stand of intelligence systems in management are lighted. The large attention is given to an intrusion of electronic clerical work on stands of Institute agrarian business. The features of activity of the user with the database "Stand" and problem of filling of databases by the information are reviewed. The designed frame of electronic clerical work at a level of dean's office is set up.
