It includes the high-efficient mixer which mixing element is manufactured in the form of the screw of 120 mm in diameter rotating with a frequency of 12.5 1/sec. Along the generator of this screw six bulkheads for intensification of the mixing of alabaster binding agent with water are attached at the equal distance in circumference. The complete equipment set guarantees solution output of 10.0+1.0 cubic metres per hour and range of feed of the prepared mortars along the horizontal pipe-line made from the rubberized fire pressure hoses of 51 mm in diameter up to 50 m by feed of the non-plasticized mortar and up to 150 m by feed of the plasticized mortar. To product the plasticized mortars the complete equipment set includes the complementary assembly for addition of the plasticizer guaranteeing addition of the plasticizing additive in the number of 0.5...1.5 % to water that is used up for preparation of the solution.
