The aim of this work is use of powder metallurgy methods jointly deformation processes on different loading schemes for design of technological processes of LSMM production with anisotropy of properties. This problem is investigated experimentally. The deformation theory and theory of interparticle connects formation is developed for the first time. The influence of tangential stress to strength and physical properties of materials is estimated, that give ability to develop technological processes of LSMM production and parts from them for work in direct and alternating electric fields at industrial frequency.
