The new reaction of synthesis of exohedral mono- and unknown early dimetallides of fullerene C60 with elements of I-st and VIII-th groups of Periodical table as lake C60Fe, C60Fe-Ni, C60Ni-Cu was diveloped. In magnetic behavior of this compounds is observing nonequilibrium effects, which can be interpreted within the framework of the superparamagnetic blocking model. There was developed methods of obtaining of exohedral metallides of fullerene C60 which can be used in fundamental science for preparation of different clasters of metallofullerenes with superparamagnetic properties.
