Substances that have nanomolar affinity and are interesting for further pharmacolojical investigations as anxiolytics have been established in the series of studied compounds. New RGD-mimetic derivatives have been synthesized as "pro-drugs" for peroral application. They have high antiaggregative activity. Methods for synthesis of tential bis-snterlexines have been developed. Antiviral and DNK-binding properties of synthesized products have been developed. Active antiviral agents have been established.
