Drug disease (DD) and pseudoallergy was registered both in patients with spread dermatoses (9.7 % and 1.25 % of patients accordingly) and in patients with sexually transmitted disease (1.5 % and 0.3 % of investigated persons accordingly). Cell and humoral immunity investigations in patients with DD have revealed T- and B-cells absolute content increase, T-suppressors decrease on the background of high leucocytes content and absolute and relative lymphocytes content as well as IgE and IgM high level. middle molecules peptides (MMP) level and erythrocytes macroforms quantity increase, erythrocytes biophysical characteristics changes, high haemolysis degree as well as electrolyte homeostasis disturbances have been found. It have been established that the main objective criteria of DD and pseudoallergy differential diagnostics are the positive results of specific immunological and biophysical tests. The additional objective criteria such as MMP separate fractions and subfractions, erythrocytes morphological and biophysical indices are defined; the additional subjective criteria besides of known ones are the blood groups and the temperament type. The prophylaxis method as well as DD and pseudoallergy therapy differential method have been suggested Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
