The conclusion was made which further conceptual development, categorical and methodological device of modern history-jurisprudence is impossible without revival legal source-researching , which during from many decades was one of conducting directions of the researches domestic historians of the rights. The tutorial from a rate of legal source-researching is offered to prepare and its rough structure is determined. The role of juridical biography - studing as integral compound of history - jurisprudence is determined which can assist overcoming the tendency of waste-meaning jurisprudence and first of all , history-legal researches.
