Raw material manufacturing technique has been developed. It was shown, that the adjustment of optimal temperature conditions for polystyrene scintillators production allows increasing the light attenuation technical length value 3-4 times, i.e. form L=20 cm to L=75-85 cm, and decreasing light collection uniformity from 4-5% to 2.5-3%.
