The economic-legal analysis of investment process is conducted within the framework of international cooperation of Ukraine. The problems of development of investment cooperation with separate countries and their groups, in particular, European Union, countries - members of CIS, Northern America, Southeast Asia are parsed. The pathes of improvement of an investment climate, including advancing of reference directions of a state policy, legal aspects of the solution of definite problems, bound with engaging and usage of the foreign investments are investigateded. The project of the standard agreement about assistance and mutual protection of the investments is parsed and the essential remarks to separate positions of the document are offered. The perspective development trends of two-sided international relations of Ukraine in investment activity are determined. The proposals on development of economy-legal base of Ukraine in foreign investment, and also advancing of an existing legal mechanism are formulated.
