Primary cells of the system Li-MnO2 of the actual R14(343) size with 3.8A h discharge capacity have been developed and investigated unde normal enviromental conditions and at temperatures minus 5;20 C and plus 50 C; design documentation for the cell and the drawings of the technolodgical equipment for the manufacture of cells, design of specifications. At the second stage, the investigations directed to the development оf lithium accumulator based on the lithium-ion system grapfite-LiMn2O4, taking into consideration maximum use of local raw materials have been performed. The manufactured experimental samples of accumulator have been tested. On the basis of their tests, design documents, project of technical specification for small-scale production of accumulators and preliminary design for lithium-ion accumulator have been developed.
