During opening-up for the subsequent interrogations the design of the questionnaires was advanced and the changes in the formulation of some problems are introduced. Also new problems were included in the form of the questionnaires. It was made with the purpose of analysis and analysis of a padding list of the factors, which describe processes of economical development of an economic complex of the state. The similar measures allow to receive from the respondents more detailed information about economical processes. The information by results of the conducted surveys, which was obtained on the basis of a data analysis of the questionnaire filled and sent by firms, was shown to the small analytical reports. These reports were sent to all respondents, who have shared in surveys. Some modified techniques were included also in the reports: exception of influencing of seasonal fluctuations on dynamics of business cycles, using of miscellaneous systems of weights at data processing of surveys, calculation of the shown parameter " an index of optimism " (confidence indicator). Thus, the feedback with the respondents, reference for similar surveys is supported in countries of EU . At the same time, except for the short analytical reports obtained during examinations, the information is in more details set up in the prepared and exhausted Bulletins on surveys of business activity of firms of Ukraine №№ 8-11 (Ukrainian and English languages).
