Rats of Wistar line were used in experiment. They were divided into three groups: intact and after irradiation in dose: 0.5, 1.0, 3.0 Gr and posterity from the animals after irradiation. Besides it the group of children from Chernobyl zone was examinated. As a result of our investigation were detected that ionizative irradiation decreases the reproductive function of adult rats and radioresistance of their posterity. Symptoms of hypoxia increase, permeability of plasmatic and mitochondrial membranes disturb and changes in the in the sympatho-adrenal system detect. Examination of the children from irradiative zone evident the big changes of the haematological constituents trombocytopenia, leucopenia and relative lymphocytosis.
