Gorky popup.description2 Object of the study: 522 females of the infertile married couples living in the Donetsk Region, including 138 infertile married couples due to the records of registry offices in Kramatorsk town and in Volnovakha district. Aim: to increase the treatment efficacy of infertile married couples and reduce the time of the examination and treatment of the patients of this group. Metods: epidemiological investigation, retrospective analyses of infertile married couples' cards; mathematical analyses, question, hormonal investigations and endoscopic investigations. RESULTS: for the first time the infertility prevalence is authentically defined in the industrial and agricultural areas of the Donetsk Region, the most significant risk factors of the infertility emergence are revealed. It allowed form the risk group, improve infertility diagnosis and reduce the time of the examination. The most frequent combinations of infertility factors are revealed. The algorithm of infertile couples' examination for the shortest time is proposed. EFFICACY: infertility diagnosis is improved at 22,3%, the time of the examination is reduced at 56,7%, the treatment efficacy is increased at 18,6%.
