The purpose of work: the purpose of the given research was to establish the character of influence of some preparations with antioxidant properties on processes POL in a liver at SLD. Methods of research: spektrophotometry, fluorymetry, electronic and light microscopy. The received results: have shown decrease of activity of processes a POL, increases of activity of AO in tissues and subcellical organells and liver a with SLD under influence of preparations lyposoms, ionol, alpha-tokoferol and N-acy derivative dehydrobensolperydins. Novelty: Alongside with researches of processes the POL in fabrics and subcells organells of a liver at СДР for the first time is shown influence of preparations lyposoms, ionol, а-tokoferol and N-acy derivative dehydrobensolperydins on lipid peroxide syndrome in a liver on tissue and subcells level. The effect of decrease(reduction) of activity of processes a POL, normalization antioxidation status, decrease of increased activity lysosoms ensyms and morphological infringements in a liver owing to stabilization of cell membranes is received.
