Gorky popup.description2 Object of research: 500 patients in the age of from 15 till 82 years with combined thoraco-injury, 100 patients after use of the advanced algorithm of medical-diagnostic measures. The purpose of work: the creation of the pathogenetically proved, adapted for conditions of the emergency surgical help, algorithm of medical-diagnostic measures at closed combined and combined thoraco-injuries; development and approbation of early not specific immunocorrection methods of the injured with closed combined thoraco-injury; creation of mathematical model of forecasting of traumatic illness outcomes at the patients, depending on weight and volume of damages, patient's age, accompanying pathology and anamnesis factors (alcoholic and narcotic intoxication influence, terms of the beginning of rendering of the primary and specialized medical aid, etc.). The set forth above development are directed on reduction of probability of development of complications of the aftershock period, mortality reduction, invalidation ability and duration of hospital staying of this category of the patients. The received results: the reduction of amount of purulent-septic complications on 10-15%, reduction of frequency of the pathogenetically unreasonable performed operations on 50 %, with the appropriate reduction of morbidity on 10-20% and duration of hospital staying on 4-7 days. Novelty: are opened pathogenetic features of damaging disease course at combined thoraco-injury in order with age, anamnesis and aetiology-pathogentic factors, the algorithms of forecasting of development of the complicated course of aftershock course of the damage disease in this category of the ijureds are developed; the optimal pathogenetically proved scheme of medical-diagnostic measures is developed; the criteria of a choice of sequence and volume of the carried out operative manuals are developed.
