The purpose of the study: to determine the reasons of formation of mixed parasitoses and parasitocenoses, to study the pecularities of their epidemiology, epizootology , pathogenesis, diagnosis prophylaxis. The results of the study: in the formation of combined infectious diseases a great role belongs to epidemiologic and epizootologic peculiarities; parasites contribute to protein disintegration, restructure of microelements and free aminoacids inhibit the immune system. When treating parasitoses with etiotrop remedies one should use immunomodulators, microelements, unchangeable aminoacids and vitamines. Vaccination against measles and parotitis is necessary for children who are free from helminths, and if they are present, vaccination is to be carried out only following dehelmintation. Innovation: new findings about the reasons of forming the combined invasions and parasitocenoses, the pecularities of their occurrence, pathogenesis, diagnosis and prevention, an increase in efficacy of children vaccination against measies and parotitis have been obtained. The spheres of utilization: the results of the study have partly been put into practice in sanitary and epidemiologic stations. In future they will be introduced in research institutions, higher medical schools, hospitals and veterinary establishmens of Ukraine using the developed and published methodical recommendations.
