The aim of work - to develop and introduce criteria and system of a medical estimation of readiness of drivers of various vehicles to performance of industrial activity with a view of the prevention and downstroke of road transport incidents. Methods: hygienic, physiological, psychophysiological and mathematical methods of research were used. The complex hygienic-physiological estimation of labour activity of drivers Is given, locomotive engineers and dispatchers, integrated parameters of an estimation of their labour activity are developed, informative parameters before raise readiness of the driver and the operator for work are determined, the system of the pretrip control is developed, approved and introduced with the purpose of downstroke of risk of road and transport incidents. The overall performance -social, as a result of perfection of an estimation of a degree of readiness of operators of vehicles and systems to professional work for rising reliability of the human factor in system "vehicle-transportation mean-man". The possible scope: use for forecasting effects of interaction of similar production factors for workplaces of operators of vehicles and information systems, introduction in sanitary-epidemiologic stations and the enterprises of transport (city electric, automobile, railway), in pedagogical process of high school of medical and transport specialities.
