We already have many facts, which testify, that though there are a lot of processes of creativity are directed in subconsciousness, but them not only it is possible, but also it is necessary to operate consciously. The basic scientific idea of work is based on acceleration of creative development both amplification(strengthening) and deepening of creativity and creative potential through conscious management of processes of development of mentality, use of laws and laws of mentality.
