The developed rules are authorized by State committee of nuclear regulation ( order №85 from 22.07.02 ) and are registered in the Ministry of justice ( order №940/7228 from 03.12.02 ) also should be nsed by the enterprises not being nuclear facilities, at planning measures under the account of nuclear materials which are taking place at their order.Area of application - accounting of nuclear materials.
