Purpose: development of the endovascular treatment technique of intracranial SA based on the individual approach using detachable coils (coil MDC), different types of detachable balloons-catheters, including spirals, taking into account the period of disease, its manifestation, location and anatomical structure of aneurysm, as well as patient state. Methods: standard questionnaire, analysis of physical data and neurological status, cerebral angiography, computer cerebral imaging, magnetic-resonance imaging.Results: indications for endovascular interventions were developed in cerebral vascular SА using the detachable spirals Coils and different types of balloons-catheters depending on location, sizes, anatomical SA structure and patient state, disease term.
