Purpose: based on studying of the data features of modern clinic-radiological examination, using differential approach with "Еmbolin" and various balloon-catheters, to improve results of patients treatment with AVM with large cavernous part or with intracerebral hematoma. Method: Clinical examination, total angiography by Seldinger, selective and superselective angiography with magnification and subtraction, test samples of afferent vessels by means of the balloon-catheter for the determination of their functionanal ability, magnetic-resonance imaging with angioprogram. Results: features of clinical course of the patients with АVМ of various location are studied. Indications for endovascular interventions are substantiated based on their angioarchitecture, size, AVM structure.
