The following directions has reached the agenda point under main stream consideration: economic globalization; sustainable development fundamentals; information technology imolementation ect. Unfortunately the research fields mentioned above fail to provide a whole complex concept covering sotial and economic peculiarities of informationsociety formation that can probably attack our being soon (according to some indirect forecasts time duration is approximately equal to 10-15 years). The lack of systematic theory do not allow policy makers to pursue strategic reforms. Therefore the objects of investigation are: to deduce the major factors (economic, social, environmental) of information society; to determine scientific methods conducive to deductions of transformation the economy of Ukraine towards information society. According to the research ends the following tasks are solved: social economic analyses of information society development in Ukraine is done; analytical methods of main factors investigation are determined; scientific deduction of transformation the economy of Ukraine towards information society is done.
