The subject of investigstion - the diffusion processes in films of systems with different size of crystalline and processes of phase formation were investigated. The aim of work - influence of size effect (meen size of crystallines) and temperature on diffusion coefficients of atoms in double-layers film systems Ме1/Ме2 and Ме1/Ме(m) (Me 1,2 - metal of film, Me(m) - metal of massive material) on basis of Cr, Cu, Co, Ti, Ni, Sc, V et all. are studied. The methods of investigstion - vacuum condensation, SIMS, TEM and electron diffraction were used. Is determined, that coefficients of diffusion on grain of boundaries decreased at increased of size of crystallines. The equation of diffusion Cr in Cu and Ni in Fe were offered.
