Perpose of research - investigation of massexchenge conditions in tundish, deoxidation of molten steel by aluminium and calcium, secondary oxidation of metal and aluminium lost, research effort of parameters for aluminium wire input in tundish with the aim of stabilization the aluminium content in continuously cast slabs. Methods of investigation - physical and mathematical simulation of processes in tundish, thermodinamical analyses, statistical analysis of the date. Results of the investigation: quantitative characteristics of streams velocity and multiplicity of circulation in tundish with filtered partitions are determined, connection of stirring characteristics with geometrical parameters of tundish is found out, new method of calculation activity coeffitients and interaction parameters for strong deoxidants in molten steel is developed, regularities of secondary oxidation of steel in tundish is established, dependence of melting kinetics for corred and monolithic wires on their thermophisical properties and conditions of entry in molten steel is determined.Amount of aluminium, what is nessesary to add in tundish for stabilization its content in continuously cast slabs, is determined. It was found out, that correction of aluminium content in tundish has ensured lowering sorted-out of metal by lower limit of aluminium content.
