The purpose of the work is to develop the approaches based scientifically for technology creation of thin sheet five-layer niobium-titanium composite production by use of pulse sources of heating and pressure working. These methods allow to obtaine rocket engine hot part thin-wall details. Methods of investigation which are used: optical metallography, X-rays structure analysis, micro-hardness measuring, mechanical tests, nondestructive defectoscopy (ultrasonic defectoscopy and measuring of electric resistance). Results of the work: it has been developed the optimal regymes of thickness reduction for thin sheet five-layers niobium-titanium composites considering changes in substructure and microstructure of the material, including the state of the interface between the composite components.
