This one is the variation approach to the solution of mechanic problems of the deformed solid. These may be raised to the linear differential eguation with changeable coefficients and a parameter with the highest derivatives. The hybrid approach was proposed to investigate own deviations of a roud membrane with peculiarities in limited conditions and to analyse an ifluence of their division and "guality" upon own forms and freguencies. The hybrid WKB-Galerkin approach is used for solving linear inhomogeneous differential eguations with the coefficients changing by time.
