Physico-chemical, physico-mechanical and electro-physical properties were examined for alloys, which were selected basing on the phase diagrams, and practical recommendations on their use. Data on Gibb's energies, formation enthalpies and entropies of compounds Bi2Te3, Bі2Sе3 and the solid solution Bi2(Te1-xSex)3 were obtained for the first time, as well as mix enthalpies of the La(Gd)-Ti, La(Ce, Ho)-Co liquid alloys.
