Yu., Hordii S. K., Registration Date 29-01-2003 Organization Ivan Franko Lviv National University. Faculty of the finance and credit popup.description2 3.The purpose of these work was to find out the mechanisms of a calcium homeostasis regulation in the secretory cells of digestive glands, to investigate the modifications of Са2+ transport through plasma membrane of secretory cells and intracellular stores under the influence of the extreme factors, to study the physicochemical mechanisms of Са2+ translocation by transport systems of secretory cells and their inhibition by cations of other earthy and transitional metals, to determine dependence of the changes in parameters of aerobic energetic supply of secretory process from intracellular Са2+ concentration under the extreme factors influence on the organism. Presence of IP3-sensitive Са2+ channels in the EPR of investigated cells has been demonstrated. The role of SH-groups in functioning of IP3-sensitive Са2+ channels of salivary glands cells is proved. The influence cAMP on functioning of the has been studied. The mechanisms of acetylcholinum-induced changes of [Са2+]i in the secretory cells of salivary glands is explained. The analysis of inhibition of Са2+-transporting systems of secretory cells by cations of earthy and transitional metals has been performed. The mechanisms of the selective translocation of calcium by Са2+-transporting systems of these cells, and their inhibition by cations of other metals have been described. It was shown that activation by a glutamate of the NADH-oxidase pathway is mediated by nitric oxide with participation of NO-synthases of mitochondria. The dependence of the utilization of NAD- and FAD-dependent substrates in mitochondria respiration from the nitric oxide systems was cleared up. It is proved, that the main part of inhibitory effect of a L-arginine are linked with terminal stages of a mitochomdrial respiratory chain. The decrease of the intensity of lipoperoxidation processes in a blood and tissues are shown after the activation of glutatione part of antioxidant system.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
