The aim of the work was to get experimental results for a complex analysis and systematization of the behavior regularities of the high-temperature manycomponent melts kinetic properties, including systems with a miscibility gap. Mechanisms of the influence of both the electron and ion subsystems on the metal-nonmetal transition were studied. Peculiarities of the liquid-liquid phase equilibrium and critical parameters formation were investigated. New models of the energy spectrum of the thermodynamically homogeneous semiconducting melts were developed. A management concept for the liquid-liquid equilibrium parameters has been created.
