Faculty of the finance and credit popup.description2 The main purpose of the research work was an investigation of the components interaction in the ternary systems, determination of the crystal structure of new compounds and solid solution stability ranges, study of the physical properties of intermetallic phases and solid solutions of their base. The isothermal sections of the phase diagrams of 10 ternary systems of rare earth and transition metals with tin and antimony were built in the full concentration range. The crystal structure, magnetic and electrokinetic properties of R12Ni6Sn, Tb6Co2.35Sn0.65, Er6Ni2Sn, R6Co2Sn, R3Cu3Sb4, RCo9Si4 compounds were investigated. For the (Ti,Zr)1-xScxNiSn, TiCo1-xNixSb solid solutions the stability ranges, crystal structure and physical properties were studied. The influence of doping components on electrokinetic properties of VFeSb compound was established. It was found, that RCo9Si4 compounds are perspective for the further investigations becouse they have high Curie temperature. R3Cu3Sb4 compounds and solidsolutions on the base of VFeSb compound due to high thermoelectric power values and good electric resistivity can be recommended as the materials for thermoelectric generators.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
