New three- and four component alloys and compounds based on the Rare Earths and 3d-metals have been synthesized, their crystal srtucture have been determined and their physical properties have been measured. Hopping conductivity has been found for alloys with Mn. Superconductivity phases are observed in the ScFe4Al8, YCr4Al8, YFe4Al8, YbFe4Al8 compounds.
