Research Methods: questionnaires, orthopaedic inspection, ultrasonic densitometry, anthropometric and X-ray methods, biochemical methods, state estimation of factual feeding, state estimation of mouth cavity. In experimental research it was used osteometry, the study the biochemical and biomechanic properties of bone. Research Results: The work showed that longitudinal research is more effective stydy method of structurally-functional state of bone loss in comparison from one moment researches. The small doses of ionizing radiation express negative influence on structurally-functional state of bone mass in children residing on radiation muddy territories and on forming peak of bone mass. The most distinctions as for structural-functional state of bone mass are expressed in girls by age 7-10 and 12 years and boys irradiated in utero permanently suffering influence of small doses of ionizing radiation. Accumulation dynamics of bone mass in children residing in conditions of raised fluorine contents in drinking-water does not depend on age, sex and period of sexual development and composes for 3 years 20,9% for boys and 18,1% for girls. Preparations including Calcium and vitamin D (biocalcevit, calcium glycerophosphat, calcemin) are effective for prophylaxy and treatment of osteoporosis, specially in peoples, which dwell in action conditions of inauspisious factors of external environment. Preparations Fosamax, Miacalcik and Kvercetin are effective in treatment of postmenopausal and senile osteoporosis, improves its biomechanical characteristics of bone mass, positively influence on changes in biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Also it is observed bringing of pain syndrome, improves the functional possibilities of patients.
