On ability to raise energy metabolism antihypoxants, immobilised on the suture material, are distributed thus: mexidol > sodium succinate > aethonium. The given effect of antihypoxants is potented in conditions of moderate rising of an oxygen's regimen of tissues under hyperbaric oxygenation. By method of a morphometry is revealed, that the introduction of antihypoxants in biofil structure accelerates transition wound inflammation on macrophagic-monocytic and fibroblastic stage. The introduction mexidol and aethonium, immobilised on surgical threads, stimulates for 7 day of the postoperative period proliferation of fibroblasts. The restriction of this process by the certain time interval (7-14 days) is warned by develop-ment of superfluous proliferative changes, which conduct to formation of coarse fibrillar cicatrix and stricture of hollow organs. The conclusion is made, that the local introduction of antihypoxants (sodium succi-nate, mexidol and aethonium) in a operational locus (in structure of surgical suture) allows to achieve pharmacological effect in doses considerably smaller (10 mg/kg of mass of an animal), than at systemic introduction.
