The values of activative volumes are determined for the diffusion in the volume of intermetallide and for the chemical reaction of phase formation on phase boundary. The mechanism of bulk diffusion in growing intermetallides is offered and discussed. It is shown, that the level of acoustic losses in KBr single crystals decreases and frequency spectrum shifts to the range of high frequencies with the decrease in temperature. Dislocations damping factor increases with the rise in temperature. The dispersion laws were established for the local and quasi-local modes close to a free surface of fcc crystals and the area of the continuous spectrum of these crystals, in which the processes of complete transmission and reflection of elastic vibrations from planar imperfection may take place, was discovered. Dispersion dependences on the frequencies of complete transmission and reflection fordifferent values of the defect parameter were evaluated. It is shown, that the difference between the sizes and the structures of С60 and Sn tracks on the surface of mica is concerned with disintegration of С60 on separate clusters, whereupon the tracks cease to form. It is discovered, that irradiation of the surface of layered crystals by heavy multicharged ions on the angles < 1° causes change of the ion moving direction every time, when the ion crosses close-packed layer.
