The purpose of work - definition of star sizes, parameters of color, parameters of polarization, the sizes, the form, parameters of the axial reference and optical characteristics of asteroids of the main belt and near to an orbit of the Earth; studying of optical properties of comets and a nature of dust particles of their atmospheres. Methods of research - photometric and polarimeter pervision and mathematical modelling. The photometric and polarimetric observations of 11 asteroids and comet were carried out in 2002. On the basis of obtained data the rotation parameters, shapes, color indexes, lightcurves, albedos, size and optical parameters of the observed objects have been obtained. The orientations of rotational axes in space have been obtained for 18 asteroids. All obtained data will be included in the international database.
