Research techniques: thin organic synthesis, thin-layer chromatography, spectral methods of the analysis. Outcomes of operation: the responses iodinecyclysations N-substitutions allylthiourea with obtaining of derivatives thiazolines and response of nucleophilic disclosure of aziridincycle are conducted; which one are synthesized N3-substitution amidrazones - synthon for obtaining new derivatives tetrazol and thiosemycarbazid; the friend ways of obtaining of a number of products S-amidoalkylation with reactive classifications (heterocumulenegroup); on a basis quant-chemical of calculations the model of directional synthesis of derivatives of asymmetrical quinoneimides is created and the possibility of its usage in responses with the nucleophilic agents is shown, the possibility of change of a direction heterocyclysations aminoquinones is proved at usage of different oxidizing agents; the theoretical legitimacies are obtained, which one have allowed to develop techniques of quantitative determination of nitrogen-bearing organic matters in medicinal substances and forms, biofluids, in industrial production and in sewages with the indispensable analytical and metrology characteristics; the correlation between properties of catalytic agents and conditions of their synthesis.
