The goal of the work is a scientific substantiation of normative requirements as to the regulation of the elements which make up the labour conditions of the seasonal and temporary employees, and the resulting preparation of the Provision of labour conditions of the seasonal and temporary employees. Sociological, statistical and analytical research methods have been used. The novelty of the work consists in the fact that for the first time in the Ukraine a normative act to regulate the work of seasonal and temporary employees has been worked out to develop and improve the national normative basis in the sphere of labour.
