The objective of the work is to find out the character of formation of social partnership and collective contractual relationship in the regions and working out on their basis of proposals for the development of the social partnership and collective contractual work on the regional level. The methods of the research are as follows: expert evaluation, systems and structural, sociological, statistical, comparative and content analyses.
