The aim under investigation is the fundamental methods development of floating objects and surrounding liquids interaction with adequate precision for practical means. Method under investigation is the fundamental methods of investigations of the movements of floating bodies and surrounding liquids, the asymptotic matched expansion method, solution method of stochastic differential equation of object motion and imitation modeling. Solutions of number important theoretical and practical hydrodynamic problems related with safety water-way gabarits under complicated wind and wave conditions are obtained taking probability of occurrence. Algorithms and behavior characteristics calculation program are carried out under real wind and wave conditions. Numerical experiments and the verification of proposed model adequacy were done. Results of investigations would be used in ship structures calculations, design of ships with given seakeeping qualities and training equipment design.
