PURPOSE of WORK: increase of efficiency of treatment, decrease of frequency of relapses on the basis of development new and improvement of criteria of early diagnostics, ways of treatment and preventive actions to diseases of kidneys in children. RESULTS: on the basis of results of investigation of 720 children with laboratory criteria streptococcal etiology glomerulonephritis are specified, designated sonography criteria of diagnostics and forecasting acute glomerulonephritis, the role of dismetabolic frustration in maintenance and progressing glomerulonephritis is proved, therapy for correction of the revealed infringements uric acid and оxalate metabolism an exchange, that has allowed to reduce terms of stay in hospital patients with acute glomerulonephritis and to reduce quantity of relapses chronic glomerulonephritis. EFFICIENCY: The reduction of terms of stay at hospital of patients with acute glomerulonephritis for 2,8 days, patients chronicglomerulonephritis - for 4,8 days, and also to decrease of frequency of relapses of chronic process.
